Toronto Catholic District School Board
The TCDSB initiative involves reengineering and optimization of the School Boards internal business processes such as Resource Management, Purchase Requisition, Facilities Management and School Permit Management. This initiative involved the development and implementation of Web-Based Applications to streamline the organizations business processes and increase their efficiency and cost-effectiveness in the new economy. This initiative was undertaken in joint partnership with the Toronto Catholic District School Board and currently these products are being marketed to various other School Boards across Canada.

G2P (Government to Public) Initiative
The G2P initiative collaborates with Municipalities to improve the quality of services to the businesses and people of Ontario by implementing a client-focused, integrated, accessible and cost effective electronic services delivery solution. This initiative effectively reengineers such G2P business process as Facilities Management and Municipal Building Permits Management by developing and implementing Web-Based Applications with GIS components.
